For a Successful Skype session you need the following things:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to a computer or tablet or phone with a webcam
  • A Skype account
  • A location that is comfortable (sitting or lying position) and still in view of the webcam, phone or tablet video camera.
  • Some privacy (free from any distractions if possible).
  • The use of headphones, earbuds or a headset if possible
  • An Appointment with me.

For a Successful Distance Healing session I aim to begin when you are asleep or at rest, as you are then most relaxed, though I do suggest you:

  • Lie comfortably, and make sure you won’t be too cold
  • Before you fall asleep, state your intention to receive the healing energy being sent your way
  • Pick a time when we won’t be disturbed; an undisturbed 90 minutes would be perfect.
  • Take three deep breaths before focusing on your sleep – I will send you easy instructions
  • Begin practicing the simple Activities I give you next day- you will enjoy them
  • Then let me do all the work
  • An Appointment with me.
