Regular, short, mindful meditation will raise your energies and bring positive results. People have reported dramatic results meditating just 15 minutes per day.

We recommend a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of one hour per session, though we know people who do meditate longer with no side-effects.

Length of time is a very personal choice..

At our head office in Brisbane, Australia we meditate between 6am – 7am every morning and between 8pm – 9 pm most evenings.

However long you decide to meditate for, enjoy every moment.
